New Baxi 830 Combi Installation in Felixstowe

The brief

This Felixstowe property was running on a 30-year-old Ideal Classic heat-only boiler paired with a gravity-fed hot water cylinder. The brief was to replace the lot with a modern combi and bring the radiators up to date at the same time.

What we did

• Removed the 30-year-old Ideal Classic heat-only boiler.
• Removed the gravity-fed hot water cylinder.
• Installed a new Baxi 830 combi.
• Replaced the radiators throughout the house with new Stelrads.

The result

A single modern combi in place of a heat-only boiler and cylinder, with new radiators on every circuit. Completed August 2025.
