2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- Quoted prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes as stated on the quotation.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All installations are carried out to a professional standard in line with relevant industry guidelines.
- We carry public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- If you think something is not right with work we have carried out, get in touch and we will come and look at it.
5. Equipment and Materials
- Equipment and materials remain the property of Howe Heating until payment is received in full.
- We recommend equipment suited to your property and budget, but are not responsible for the performance of third-party manufacturers beyond the terms of their own warranties.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer, cheques and cash.
- Late payment may result in suspension of any ongoing support or maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from equipment failure.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
